Well see jurdermunkie I would prefer you have a vendor account profile in your signature rather than directing members to PM's.
Since I'm resuming the goings on of this thread, that's the way it needs to happen.
This thread is mainly for reviews, I see rtshredder has a social thread started if you wish to do your non review related posting.
Though some communication is allowed it should be kept to a min. but not to PM's hence rtshrdder's social thread.

Are we all on the same page?

PROTIP: Don't buy btcs from the forum  It's success rate is less than 20%.

Also if a vendor profile url is not in the signature you will 100% get scammed not to mention violate SR guidelines.

The case is the following:

if someone is in resolution and the date of due ends without an agreement between vendor and buyer (e.g. buyer asks for full refund), how many days does the buyer have to wait until he recovers his bitcoins (in case the buyer is right)?

It depends on the current resolution traffic speed.
SR SUpport could be backed up or not this would leave from 1 - 3 weeks.

Yes this vendor has been known to use the ransom version of FE which is in my opinion the epitome of crook.
Also to those not aware the rep number is calculated with only the last 3 months stats so previous stats were deleted as silk road does not document back any further to reduce logged evidence that in a crisis situation actually be used against it's members so it's help eveyone but some vendors use it to there advantage by swapping vendor accounts until rep #'s are reset and all stats erased...the rep number isnt exadctly an entire member lifespan number but rather the most recent activity.

Congrats everyone my bullshit meter exploded during the last 2 hours of reading this thread.
You now have an Forum staff babysitter.
All sockpuppets can now be put back in the box they came out.
All vendors can stop review other vendors products.
All vendors can now stop speaking of anything except their product.
The childish behavior and bullying ends.
I'm squatting this thread...in fact this thread might be locked and a new one started with rules and even 1 violation of the rule and you might find yourself having to purchasing the new expensive vendor accounts without even a PM  to get back in the game.
SO drop the bullshit, the drama and act professional, this isn't the streets, this isnt drug wars.

Don't play stupid you know this has been a loooong time coming.

 Buyers let me catch dubious behavior and you will be heard to the strict guidelines as well.

Hi mimm i was just on your profile looking around products when i caught he 1/5 feedback that is a obvious false feedback and vendor attack on you....I'm kinda dismayed that you have been attack this much from what i can only imagine is jealousy of your vendor perch at #1...some ppl know no boundaries eh?
